A top Iranian official called the U.S. the "chief perpetrator of terror across the globe" Friday, and said he will present proof of U.S. terror to the United Nations.

Speaking to a Tehran crowd that had gathered to commemorate the 1979 wholesale jerseys seizure of the U.S. embassy and the taking of U.S. hostages, Saeed Jalili, a top Iranian security official and nuclear negotiator, displayed "two documents that pointed to U.S. involvement in acts of terror," according to Iranian state media.
